STL day 3

We ordered up a perfect weather day for a visit to the zoo. Mid 60's in late December in STL, are you kidding me?! Everyone was happy to be together. The animals were out and crazy. Zebras were biting and hissing at each other, the pigs (of some sort) were happily running wild, the camels were foaming at the mouth, and the antelope were at war. Pretty darn exciting.

Aaron really liked the penguins. As you can see the gang was very interested in what the man had to teach them...

Flashback reminder of yesteryear when Nile was deathly afraid of the fake deer up in the tree. Aaron also loved the Hippos. Who doesn't?!

FEAR THE MULLET. We ended the zoo with this observance. What a happy day it was.

This is the STL Temple. I went with Dad for their ward temple night and did a session with Marc. Upon arrival I was welcomed by none other than the lovely Sherry Rees! What a pleasant surprise. It was good to visit with her and get the update on her clan. Departing the temple wasn't so pleasant, however, as we discovered Marc's car had a flat tire. Booo! Good thing we were in good spirits and with a little of Marc's good elbow grease we were on the road home. Mom watched all the kiddos and they enjoyed a movie night and slumber party. Cousin time is so much fun!
